After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please note it may take up to 48 hours for a carrier update. If you need more information about your delivery, please contact the carrier directly.

Orders above 5000 Yen ship free within Japan.
Orders under 5000 Yen will be charged a shipping fee of 600 Yen (tax inclusive).

Most orders within Japan will be shipped by Sagawa within 1 business day after receiving your order and delivered within 1-3 business days. We do not support specifying a time or date of delivery or express shipping.

Once you place an order, your item(s) are packed and shipped as quickly as possible. Because of this, orders cannot be modified or cancelled. However, if you do not love the product when it arrives at your door, just follow our return policy and send the product back to us (shipping applies).
